Alex Lilley and Corey Jordan both pitched about as well as they could for their respective teams when Fairmont and Northmont faced each other Thursday in the sectional final at Xenia High School.
Jordan gave Northmont another solid effort, allowing only five hits. Unfortunately one of those hits came in the bottom of the 7th inning with a man on base and resulted in Fairmont scoring the game's only run. Thursday, May 20, 2010 |
